Eskimo 3 Fish Oil

For all those who want to take fish oil capsules to benefit their health, the arrival of small fish oil capsules has been welcomed with open arms. The traditional capsule is large, rather smelly and for some, extremely difficult to swallow.  

The benefits of fish oil capsules are well known; the omega 3 fatty acids can not just improve your general wellbeing but also be used to treat specific conditions. Do not make the mistake of thinking that because the fish oil capsule is so small, you need to take double. It doesn’t work like that. There is exactly the same dose in the small capsule as there was in the torpedo. Check the label as always before taking your capsules.
